Shipping Policy

Any customers with separate shipping and billing addresses are subject to follow up contact. If no contact can be made, your order will be cancelled. Please understand that this policy is to protect our customers from fraud and theft.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically when you checkout. Orders to P.O. Boxes or military addresses require shipping via USPS.

Orders placed by 3:00pm EST will be shipped the same day. All orders shipped USPS (including Express) may take an additional business day to process and ship. We strongly recommend shipping UPS if you need guaranteed delivery by a certain date.

For our international customers, you must call or email after ordering to arrange for duties/customs and declarations before we will ship your order. USPS Express International shipments with declarations greater than $200, incur an additional $15.00 fee for postage/insurance.

Overview

This Model 7-4 by Randall Made Knives features a satin finished upswept blade with false top edge, .166" stock and .732" blade depth, hidden tang construction. The handle has a brass guard with red/black spacers and a pinned stag handle with a Behring Made medallion in the butt. Comes with brown leather HH Heiser sheath with brown buttons and a black stone. The stone is well worn. This knife got the Behring Made full treatment, it was in extremely poor condition when he got it. The black has been slightly reground and sharpened to remove rust and pitting, the Randall logo remains intact. The handle was completely redone and is beautiful. As it sits, its like a new knife.

A consummate recreationalist with a passion for his craft, he started Behring Made Knives with a focus on making beautiful crafted knives that are highly functional in the field. Now recognized for his holistic approach to knife design, utility and craftsmanship, James is consistently working with new mediums and designs to suit a variety of different knife applications and users. James is also personally invested in his community, with a primary passion for conservation and ecosystem management for the enjoyment and benefit of future generations of recreationalists.

Randall Made Knives

Few modern knifemakers got started without first being inspired by something they read or heard about Bo Randall. He pioneered handmade knives at a time when no one else was even considering it. Instead of trying to keep that market to himself, he promoted the business for everyone concerned, establishing a museum for visitors in his shop and offering encouragement to budding knifemakers. The models offered by Randall have been developed over a period of 80 years from personal experience, extensive research and the study of hundreds of designs submitted by individuals around the world requesting custom-made knives. Each model has been thoroughly field-tested and has proven to be properly shaped and designed for its particular use. Randall knives are 100% hand made and no two are exactly alike. Demand is so great for all models that there is typically a wait of a few years to deliver a new knife ordered from Randall. Bo and his son Gary managed the business side by side for over twenty-five years. Gary continues the tradition of hand crafting knives that bear the Randall Made trademark along with his sons, Jason and Michael, of the next Randall generation. Inducted into the Blade Magazine Cutlery Hall of Fame in 1983. W.D. "Bo" Randall passed away in 1989.
