Overview
The Gerber 75th Anniversary Legend is a serialized, limited edition knife designed and built by hand in Portland, Oregon, sheathed in premium American leather that was tanned, formed and sewn by local craftsmen. Each sheath has a protective sleeve that cradles the knife precisely to prevent mildew and guard the edge from damage during a lifetime of use. The Legend features an S35VN blade with a unique serialization number (0112) that has been hand sanded, hand polished to a mirror finish, and hand polished. The Oregon Spalted Maple used in the handle was hand-picked for its uniquely stunning appearance and inlaid into the G-10 composite. The G-10 and Oregon Spalted Maple are selected and rough-cut separately, then joined with precise tolerances to ensure moisture, dirt, and humidity will not penetrate the substrate. It also comes in a brown leather sheath, custom collectible box with a book telling the story of this knife and an certificate of authenticity. Excellent condition.
