Shipping Policy

Any customers with separate shipping and billing addresses are subject to follow up contact. If no contact can be made, your order will be cancelled. Please understand that this policy is to protect our customers from fraud and theft.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically when you checkout. Orders to P.O. Boxes or military addresses require shipping via USPS.

Orders placed by 3:00pm EST will be shipped the same day. All orders shipped USPS (including Express) may take an additional business day to process and ship. We strongly recommend shipping UPS if you need guaranteed delivery by a certain date.

For our international customers, you must call or email after ordering to arrange for duties/customs and declarations before we will ship your order. USPS Express International shipments with declarations greater than $200, incur an additional $15.00 fee for postage/insurance.

Overview

Attractive small hunter with hand rubbed satin blade and full tapered tang construction. Scales are dovetailed spalted black line fiddleback maple. Bolster is satin stainless. Blade is 1/8" thick and 3/4" deep and has fine filework along the spine. Leather lanyard with metal beads. Black leather sheath. Excellent condition with perfect blade but a couple of scratches on one bolster.

About the Maker

Hello, My name is Clint Sampson. In 1992, I founded Sampson Knifeworks and became a full time knifemaker thanks to my lovely wife and my awesome Dad. Without them I would not be where I am today! It has been a long difficult road with lots of learning the ?hard way? and great wisdom from makers such as Barry Woods, Mike Erie, Bob Schultz, and Terry Barrett. After 23 years of full time making and getting older, I am a part time maker now giving myself time to pursue other interests. I make drop point hunters, E.D.C. knives and pack knives. Hand rubbed blade & handle finishes are my specialty. My knives are guaranteed for my lifetime against defective workmanship; however I cannot guarantee natural handle materials against cracking or shrinking and of course obvious signs of abuse or neglect.
