Shipping Policy

Any customers with separate shipping and billing addresses are subject to follow up contact. If no contact can be made, your order will be cancelled. Please understand that this policy is to protect our customers from fraud and theft.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically when you checkout. Orders to P.O. Boxes or military addresses require shipping via USPS.

Orders placed by 3:00pm EST will be shipped the same day. All orders shipped USPS (including Express) may take an additional business day to process and ship. We strongly recommend shipping UPS if you need guaranteed delivery by a certain date.

For our international customers, you must call or email after ordering to arrange for duties/customs and declarations before we will ship your order. USPS Express International shipments with declarations greater than $200, incur an additional $15.00 fee for postage/insurance.

The riveted ivory scale is on one side only, leaving the backside of the Damascus exposed. The sheath firmly holds the knife via two concealed magnets, allowing the blade and scale to be seen. About the Maker

Rybar, Raymond

Ray Rybar has been forging for over 40 years. His forging career started with him blacksmithing and shoeing horses. After excelling in that arena, his focus moved to making Damascus steel for blades. Ray acquired his Master Smith stamp from the American Bladesmith Society in 2001. His specialty has been working with mosaic patterns, words and pictures. He is most known for having bold Damascus patterns and intricate mosaics. Ray’s hard work, talent and innovation has blessed him with many awards. At tBlade Show in Atlanta, Ray won the Best Art Knife award in 2001 and the Best Damascus award in both 2003 and 2004. The Arizona Knife Collectors award for Best Damascus and Best Art Knife went to Ray in 2006. The following year, 2007, again Ray won the Best Damascus award in addition to the Best Blade of Show award from the Arizona Knife Collectors. One of the most elusive of awards has been the American Bladesmith’s Bill Moran award which Ray captured in 2015 with a gorgeous Damascus dagger.
