Overview
Where do we start with this one? This knife has so many different things going on we will start with the knife first and then move on to the attachments. This X-9 Para-Bow from Paragon Cutlery was designed by Jim Gullette to be the ultimate survival knife. The knife itself features a satin finish clip point blade with swedge and nail nick as well as a folding saw blade with nail nick. The handle is comprised of stainless steel bolsters and pommel with rubberized grip over stainless steel liners, lock spring and lock back. The pommel also has a removeable threaded "hammer" attachment which, when removed, allows the other "Sling Bow" to be attached.
The sling blow is comprised of two piece polymer construction with threaded male adapter. When assembled it forms a sling shot style apparatus that can fire two aluminum two piece "bolts" or arrow (included). The entire kit breaks down and can be carried in the included nylon satchel.
This piece is in excellent shape and includes the original box. The fletching on both bolts have been damaged.
