"Knives have always played a role in my life whether it be dressing and skinning small or large game, cleaning fish, whittling on a chunk of wood or in my businesses. I started assembling knives from kits but was not satisfied with the end product. My determination and interest led me to making handmade knives of desired materials and of my own design. It took several years of self-determination and help from other professional knifemakers until I was able to complete a custom handmade knife from beginning to end that I was proud of.My knives are made for the individual who really uses and appreciates a knife that works well in the field, has a good feel in the hand, is well balanced and cuts extremely well - my knives are not heavy duty utility knives, they are fine-cutting instruments. I stand behind the quality of my knives and the performance of my steels, which are all Rockwell tested before they leave my shop."
