Shipping Policy

Any customers with separate shipping and billing addresses are subject to follow up contact. If no contact can be made, your order will be cancelled. Please understand that this policy is to protect our customers from fraud and theft.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically when you checkout. Orders to P.O. Boxes or military addresses require shipping via USPS.

Orders placed by 3:00pm EST will be shipped the same day. All orders shipped USPS (including Express) may take an additional business day to process and ship. We strongly recommend shipping UPS if you need guaranteed delivery by a certain date.

For our international customers, you must call or email after ordering to arrange for duties/customs and declarations before we will ship your order. USPS Express International shipments with declarations greater than $200, incur an additional $15.00 fee for postage/insurance.

Overview

In 1997 Knives Illustrated published an article in which Glen Marshall was represented. Bud Lang had a project to give a special "Award Knife" to someone who accomplished something out of the ordinary in the cutlery trade. This knife is a perfectly scaled down version of the large camp knife the maker submitted for evaluation back in 1996.

Intricate file work on blade spine and along top edge of tang. Black micarta scales and stainless pins. Full tang construction with 3/16" blade stock and 1 3/8" blade depth. Stamped on back of blade is "Marshall - Lang / Award - 1998 / (recipients name) " Knife includes a brown leather basket weave motif sheath. There is some staining on top of blade.

Includes the Knives Illustrated magazine article of the knife.

Marshall, Glenn

Glenn Marshall was a pioneer in the custom knife making industry. He was one of the very few artisans making knives in the 1930's. First inductee into the Texas Knife Makers Hall of Fame, and Texas Knife Makers Guild. Glenn passed away in 2010.
