Overview
About the CT Model: Folders are great, but the fact is that they are nowhere near as quick and surefire to deploy as a fixed blade. The problem is carrying and concealing fixed blades. The CT is designed for front pocket carry or super discreet waist carry in non permissive environments. Toss this little guy in your front pocket or set up IWB, and you have a uber low profile, uber concealable, defensive tool. This CT is done up Pikal style with a reverse edge knife meant to be held in the reverse (ice pick) grip. The technique involves kind of a 'stab and rip' movements. This one features a wear hiding stonewashed finish and jigged micarta handle handle. Molded kydex sheath with IWB loop.
The Blade: Zero ground pikal blade profile with a satin top swedge and finished off with a wear hiding stonewashed finish.
The Handle: Jigged black micarta handle scales held on with a mosaic pin and features a bell pommel great feel in hand, and a secure grip.
About Joe Watson: Joe Watson is like the stealth Bomber of the knife making world (back when it was classified). There tend to be knife collectors, and then knife users, and by users we mean guys doing serious stuff that train with a blade as a way of life. If you have heard of Joe Watson, they have probably come from these users. No flash, no hype. Just clean, purpose built, hand crafted defensive tools.
