Our knives use a special hot-forging technique, with copper sandwiched within the blade. The entire forging process is done in-house at our factory. Since copper is prone to rusting, applying oil regularly for protection is important. If the blade's copper part rusts, there’s no need to worry. Use sandpaper with 600 grit or higher, apply oil, and polish the surface in the direction of the grain to remove the rusted areas effectively。
