Shipping Policy

Any customers with separate shipping and billing addresses are subject to follow up contact. If no contact can be made, your order will be cancelled. Please understand that this policy is to protect our customers from fraud and theft.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically when you checkout. Orders to P.O. Boxes or military addresses require shipping via USPS.

Orders placed by 3:00pm EST will be shipped the same day. All orders shipped USPS (including Express) may take an additional business day to process and ship. We strongly recommend shipping UPS if you need guaranteed delivery by a certain date.

For our international customers, you must call or email after ordering to arrange for duties/customs and declarations before we will ship your order. USPS Express International shipments with declarations greater than $200, incur an additional $15.00 fee for postage/insurance.

Overview

TOPS has had the privilege of working with Compliance Edge Knives on his production runs of a knife he calls the V3. The versions sold by Compliance Edge were cut by TOPS, then everything else was finished by Compliance Edge from the heat treat, to the sheaths, to the finishes, and the sharpening. TOPS was given the opportunity to do 1 run of this model finished completely in-house by TOPS in collaboration with Compliance Edge. Here it is:

The blades are made with CPM 3V steel professionally heat treated. The finish is a distressed black and yellow Cerakote finish (TOPS Knives colors). The handles are Black G10 with some tread for added grip. The sheaths are carbon fiber pattern Kydex. They come with a couple of closed j-hook clips, but have eyelets and slots so that just about any other attachment of your choice could be used. This makes carry options that will work for just about anywhere or any way you want to take this with you.

We have a designer from nearly every background that uses hard-core knives. Compliance Edge

Compliance Edge is a Bay Area handmade knife operation, specializing in tactical style knives built by myself, Yoni Wunderman. All Compliance Edge knives are handmade in my San Jose garage. Each Compliance Edge knife must pass my high standards for design, quality, and functionality before being shipped. All knives that do not make the cut are discarded. I got into making knives after I was sidelined from Brazillian Jiu-Jitsu, and Combatives training due to a surgery. We had a small shop in the academy that I would use, and I eventually built up my own shop over a year. As the shop grew, my skills and designs grew, and I eventually came to the point where people wanted to purchase my knives. From there Compliance Edge Knives LLC was born, and the shop continues to evolve constantly. Unlike factory knives, my knives are all made individually from start to finish by one person (although my fiance Ruby helps me out quite often!). Each knife gets my full attention, and is made to last a lifetime. I know that my customers work hard for their money, and I strive to make sure that they are 100% satisfied with every purchase. My philosophy on making tactical knives is simple. A tactical style knife is a tool that must perform a variety of tasks, not just one. It is common to focus on the ""fighting"" aspect of a tactical knife, but in reality the knife must also perform as a tool since it WILL be used as one. I believe there are no need for flashy grinds, and flashy blade/handle shapes. Simple and comfortable knives, with a proper heat treatment are what I focus on.
