The heart of the SEVERN is our new patent-pending, compression spring-based STEALTH LOCK- the first-ever folding knife lock to offer both bar lock and spine lock actuation, combined into a single, elegant mechanism…
To release/unlock the SEVERN’s blade, you can either pull down on the lock studs, or pull down on the lock tab cleverly “hidden” along the spine of the handle.
The STEALTH LOCK offers both excellent convenience and an incredible fidget factor!
While the SEVERN is WINTERBLADE’s first spring-based production folder, it does have a nifty little magnetic feature of its own - a one-sided magnetic thumb stud that can be switched to either side of the blade (or removed altogether) instantly and with no tools. The magnetic stud is perfectly secure and offers another fun blade deployment method!

This SEVERN variant features natural titanium scales with a bead blast and subtle stonewashed finish… Blade steel is M390 (HRC 60-62) and features our unique “laser bacon” pattern… The pocket clip is one piece milled titanium and features a matching “laser bacon” pattern… Hardware is steel, with T8 screws throughout!
