Overview
We are proud to collaborate with Tracker Dan on the Graymatter tomahawk and Bloodshark fixed blade sets. We are the first production company to offer Dan’s designs and our collective goal was to bring an affordable set to market for the user and collector. This listing is only for the Bloodshark.
The Bloodshark fixed blade is Tracker Dan's most popular design. The Bloodshark has a spearpoint point blade made from Nitro-V stainless steel with a Rockwell hardness rating of 59-60. The knife features a 3.5" blade that includes a Cobalt Cerakote finish for corrosion resistance and durability. Weighing in at only 5 oz, the Bloodshark is deceptively light, and it's smaller size makes it ideal for everyday carry. The beveled and contoured grips feature a diagonal texturing that offers a very secure grip without being overly aggressive or uncomfortable, performing well in wet or dry conditions.
The kydex sheath is based on Tracker Dan’s ambidextrous sheath, it allows the knife to be inserted 2 ways, blade facing forward or facing to the rear without adjusting the sheath. The sheath features a Tracker Dan belt clip.
Tracker Dan has been a wilderness survival and tracking instructor since 1995 and a former member of SEAL Team 18, Tracker Dan teaches survival and tracking, marksmanship and tactics, along with hand-to-hand combat. He also provides personal protection for celebrities, businessmen and politicians. Dan has always had a passion for designing and making sheaths, holsters and edged weapons/tools. Decades of work experience, from being a farm hand as a teenager, teaching survival and tracking skills in the 90's and his SEAL team experience through the 2000's has led Dan to realize the importance of sharp edged tools was a necessity.
