Welcome to the 3V Syndicate! RMJ's workhorse Kestrel in super tough CPM-3V! Since 3V is so tough, these Kestrel's are their lighter Feather variation. The mixture of thinner stock and CPM-3V gives you a lighter 'hawk that is just as, if not tougher, than the standard thickness non-3V models! Of course, being a Monkey Edge exclusive, we didn't stop there. These Kestrel's feature RMJ's new removable handle hardware, and each one has a set of carbon fiber grips with red G10 liners for further weight savings. Oh, but it gets better! The grips forgo the standard diagonal texturing and instead feature some chunky, grippy Monkey Edge FRAG Pattern!
Tho folks over at RMJ Tactical specialize in making kicka$$ tomahawks and gear, for all sorts of situations and scenarios. The Kestrel Feather is a -you guessed it- lighter weight version of the popular Kestrel tomahawk, easier to lug around on long trips and when load capacity is at a premium. The Kestrel was developed as a smaller variation of RMJ's "Eagle Talon" model, to aid in concealability, to be easier to use in tighter spaces, and generally make a more 'combat' oriented 'hawk. In addition to the main edge, both the lower forward edge and rear spike edge have been sharpened to add some more cutting options. The semi-bearded design and jimping lets you get a high grip on the stem for more control in finer work. This 'hawk has a black Cerakote finish for corrosion resistance, and black grip scales. Comes with a molded kydex sheath with low ride M.O.C. rings.

CPM 3-V is hard on the equipment used to shape it. Machinery, cutters, grinding belts, and the craftsman's patience are all tested by this difficult to work steel. However, in the end, the tools crafted from it are worth the effort, they are the embodiment of American excellence.
