Shipping Policy

Any customers with separate shipping and billing addresses are subject to follow up contact. If no contact can be made, your order will be cancelled. Please understand that this policy is to protect our customers from fraud and theft.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically when you checkout. Orders to P.O. Boxes or military addresses require shipping via USPS.

Orders placed by 3:00pm EST will be shipped the same day. All orders shipped USPS (including Express) may take an additional business day to process and ship. We strongly recommend shipping UPS if you need guaranteed delivery by a certain date.

For our international customers, you must call or email after ordering to arrange for duties/customs and declarations before we will ship your order. USPS Express International shipments with declarations greater than $200, incur an additional $15.00 fee for postage/insurance.

Overview

This Disciple by ShivWorks is a Trace Rinaldi design, it has a bead blast blade with a sharpened top edge and black G10 handle, full tang construction, blade thickness of .118" and depth of 1.064".  The bottom edge of the blade is not sharpened. Kydex sheath. Has a few light spots on the blade, otherwise excellent condition.
This Disciple trainer by ShivWorks is a Trace Rinaldi design, it has a bead blast blade. The handle has red G10 scales. Kydex sheath. Has a few light scratches on the blade, otherwise excellent condition.

About the Maker

"Like many knife makers, my interest in knives began at an early age. Raised on a farm in rural Southern California, I used knives on a daily basis. My interest in hand-made knives came about from meeting a man named Norm Levine. We would talk for hours about knives and knife-making in general. One year he just asked me, "Why don't you try making knives?" He told me what basic equipment to purchase, and he gave me some ideas on how things work. I read everything I could find on the subject, and after some trial and error, I began to make knives that functioned well. I constantly search for the best materials and methods to improve my work. I don't have an exotic military or machining background, but I am confident in my abilities to make knives that excel in terms of performance and function, as well as even looking nice. I feel the most important ingredients in a good knife are blood, sweat, and tears." Trace passed away in 2021.
