Shipping Policy

Any customers with separate shipping and billing addresses are subject to follow up contact. If no contact can be made, your order will be cancelled. Please understand that this policy is to protect our customers from fraud and theft.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically when you checkout. Orders to P.O. Boxes or military addresses require shipping via USPS.

Orders placed by 3:00pm EST will be shipped the same day. All orders shipped USPS (including Express) may take an additional business day to process and ship. We strongly recommend shipping UPS if you need guaranteed delivery by a certain date.

For our international customers, you must call or email after ordering to arrange for duties/customs and declarations before we will ship your order. USPS Express International shipments with declarations greater than $200, incur an additional $15.00 fee for postage/insurance.

Overview

This Uber Bearded War Hawk by Flat Face Knives was hand forged from an old 26oz ball peen hammer, the head now weighs 21.4oz. It has a 4" cutting edge and a 4" spike at the rear, 10" from blade to spike tip, forge finished. It has a 18.5" burnt hickory handle that has been coated in boiled linseed oil. Head can be removed from the handle for storage or other camp chores. Also great for throwing. New from maker. This thing is hefty!

This Uber Bearded War Hawk is from my personal quiver. I have had it for a while. One of the largest I’ve made. It has been thrown thousands of times. It has destroyed a lot of things including a car windshield. Scroll back through my Instagram posts to see. This thing is a beast. I can attest to its indestructible quality. There is no way anyone will abuse it like I have. But you would never know when you see it that anyone has ever used it.

Since childhood I have always carried a knife, usually what people would call "Truckstop Knives." When I found out people actually made them, I had to be one of those people. It is my goal to take tired tools and give them a new life and a new purpose. I prefer forging to stock removal, I feel I have much more of a connection with the material that way. Polished finishes aren't really my thing. Please use my knives, they are meant to be used. I am happy to resharpen my knives upon request and replace tomahawk handles for free.
