Shipping Policy

Any customers with separate shipping and billing addresses are subject to follow up contact. If no contact can be made, your order will be cancelled. Please understand that this policy is to protect our customers from fraud and theft.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically when you checkout. Orders to P.O. Boxes or military addresses require shipping via USPS.

Orders placed by 3:00pm EST will be shipped the same day. All orders shipped USPS (including Express) may take an additional business day to process and ship. We strongly recommend shipping UPS if you need guaranteed delivery by a certain date.

For our international customers, you must call or email after ordering to arrange for duties/customs and declarations before we will ship your order. USPS Express International shipments with declarations greater than $200, incur an additional $15.00 fee for postage/insurance.

Overview

This Chugger 2.0 by TRA Designs differs from the original version in that it is larger and the tail design has been updated to open twist off bottles. It is constructed from 0.254" thick copper and features an integrated bottle opener for both pop and twist bottles, a hex driver and key dangler. Excellent condition.

"I'm a full time mechanic and machinist. I'm Alaskan born and raised. What started out as learning to acid etch copper in my garage has led me to become passionate about machining and design. Teaching myself to force patina, to work with a lot of materials and to make bottle openers and custom gear has been an amazing process. I began creating my own EDC gear after becoming involved with the EDC community online and on Instagram. I drew up some designs and contacted a great waterjet company out of Pensylvania, and Chugger The Chameleon was born. I've since made Chugger Chameleons in 18 materials (copper, brass, stainless steel, titanium, zirconium, mokuti, timascus, damascus, superconductor, kevlar, micarta, resin, meteorite, silver, aluminum, carbon fiber, mokume, and bronze) to validate the design, and I will continue to experiment with more. I have ideas for new designs and I am constantly prototyping."
