"His different professions have led him to develop skills recognized by his peers to solve the most delicate technical problems. At the crossroads of its interests (nature, hunting, forging, mechanics,...) the creation of knives began with straight hunting and cutting knives and service-type parts to cut. Jean-Pierre even goes so far as to create certain specific parts himself such as the screws and lug nuts of the axis of the blade of some of his parts. Recognized today as an important player in French cutlery and also a member of the "Deutsche Messermacher Gilde" 3 x winner of the biggest French show : Coutellellia (last in 2022)"
