The top portion of the Bolt Skull has been ground and polished to come to a chisel edge. While not 'razor' sharp, the edge is plenty sufficient to score and cut through paper, tape, leather and other things that might be in your way. One thing we have learned about working with Ryk Maverick is that he is always pushing forward. He has been working on casting in cobalt for some time and has finally gotten it dialed in. Ace Metal Works is a new line from Ryk Maverick of Starlingear fame. Rick is a multifaceted artist and does work in many different genres and styles. He wanted to do a more traditional looking skull as sort of a 'tip of the hat' to his mentor Gabor Nagy and thus Ace Metal Works USA was born!
