Shipping Policy

Any customers with separate shipping and billing addresses are subject to follow up contact. If no contact can be made, your order will be cancelled. Please understand that this policy is to protect our customers from fraud and theft.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically when you checkout. Orders to P.O. Boxes or military addresses require shipping via USPS.

Orders placed by 3:00pm EST will be shipped the same day. All orders shipped USPS (including Express) may take an additional business day to process and ship. We strongly recommend shipping UPS if you need guaranteed delivery by a certain date.

For our international customers, you must call or email after ordering to arrange for duties/customs and declarations before we will ship your order. USPS Express International shipments with declarations greater than $200, incur an additional $15.00 fee for postage/insurance.

Overview

From the maker: "This is my second and my last Covert and the only non Chopper Conversion I've done. I wanted to use a common lighter that didn't stand out at all. I used a brushed chrome '07 Zippo. The inner case is permanently fixed to the exterior case. The cam functions as a handle to the secret door. You can stash something small inside. Although this is not designed as a lighter, a small drip of lighter fluid on the wick will allow it to fire up for a few seconds."

I try to make the most interesting and unique custom Zippo's you can find. I spend many hours just getting the Zippo small, and I believe the fit and finish on my latest generation of Choppers to be much improved - including soldering hinges, along with most exterior dressings back on. I have been involved in collaborations with artists like, *NASTY* - an award winning artist from Houston, and Chad Wolf - a very good artist from Colorado, known for his Zippo artwork of The Avengers, as well as other very creative designs. Chad and I worked together on a run of Garbage Pail Kids that I'm very excited about. I've also worked with Dave Gibson, a well known tattoo artist and engraver. He did a limited run of 5 engraved Zippo's for me. In the near future, I will be working with other extremely talented artists and hope to bring you Zippo's that you just can't re-create.
