Overview
From a concept developed by the OSS during WWII, this little cutter is pinned to a U.S. dollar coin piece. Closed, the knife fits over the coin. The blade handle is thicker than the blade edge, providing a recess which allows one to slide the blade open to a position suitable for cutting. Easily carried in a pocket, or other compartment, its original intent was to serve as a small, concealable, covert blade which could be resorted to in an emergency.
