Shipping Policy

Any customers with separate shipping and billing addresses are subject to follow up contact. If no contact can be made, your order will be cancelled. Please understand that this policy is to protect our customers from fraud and theft.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically when you checkout. Orders to P.O. Boxes or military addresses require shipping via USPS.

Orders placed by 3:00pm EST will be shipped the same day. All orders shipped USPS (including Express) may take an additional business day to process and ship. We strongly recommend shipping UPS if you need guaranteed delivery by a certain date.

For our international customers, you must call or email after ordering to arrange for duties/customs and declarations before we will ship your order. USPS Express International shipments with declarations greater than $200, incur an additional $15.00 fee for postage/insurance.

Overview

This Dagger has a mirror polished stainless steel spear point/ dagger blade with filed thumb rests and full tang. 3/16" blade stock, 1-1/2" (max) depth. Handle is olive wood with brass pins and exposed tang butt with lanyard hole and braided leather lanyard. "Alex J Collins 2000" is hand etched on the tang. Extremely light scratches (minor) on blade and handle, but mint condition otherwise. Knife appears to be unused. Comes with Russ Green custom tooled brown leather sheath with button closure and stainless steel belt clip. Blade Steel: Polished Stainless Steel

About the Maker

Collins, Alex J

"Legendary African-American Custom Knife Maker Alex J. Collins was a loved figure in the industry with a great sense of humor. He was acclaimed for his most difficult free hand and odd shaped blade grinds. He was a Guild Member for more than 25 years and also worked with John Nelson Cooper from 1975-1978. He was at all the major shows and offered his knives as "Kustom Krafted Knives--or KKK". Alex passed away in 2001.
