Overview
This Frontier Bowie by Master Smith Bill Bagwell features a mirror polished clip point blade with sharpened top edge, .240" blade stock and 1.267" blade depth, hidden tang construction. The handle has a forward curved brass guard and a stag grip with brass lanyard hole. Comes with a black leather sheath and a zippered case. Excellent condition. This is the first knife that he stamped with his Master Smith (M.S.) stamp. It was made in December of 1981 in DeFuniak Springs, Florida. This is the very first knives that Bill made upon returning from the November 1981 New York Custom Knife Show when Bill was awarded his Master Smith ranking.
