Shipping Policy

Any customers with separate shipping and billing addresses are subject to follow up contact. If no contact can be made, your order will be cancelled. Please understand that this policy is to protect our customers from fraud and theft.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically when you checkout. Orders to P.O. Boxes or military addresses require shipping via USPS.

Orders placed by 3:00pm EST will be shipped the same day. All orders shipped USPS (including Express) may take an additional business day to process and ship. We strongly recommend shipping UPS if you need guaranteed delivery by a certain date.

For our international customers, you must call or email after ordering to arrange for duties/customs and declarations before we will ship your order. USPS Express International shipments with declarations greater than $200, incur an additional $15.00 fee for postage/insurance.

Overview

Mega-Manix has Spyderco's patented Ball Bearing Lock. Full internal handle liners extend beyond the G10 handle scales and are scalloped around the perimeter providing exceptional grip and handle control.

The defining feature of this elite version of the Manix 2 XL is its blade, which is precision machined from CPM-CruWear — an air-hardening tool steel specially formulated to offer both superior wear resistance and toughness. Created by Crucible Industries, CRU-WEAR's unique alloy composition allows it to excel in applications that require greater wear resistance than D2, more toughness than M2 high-speed steel, or both. The CRU-WEAR used in the blade of this knife is further enhanced by the Crucible Particle Metallurgy (CPM) process, which ensures an ultra-fine, highly homogeneous grain structure that maximizes the performance potential of the steel. In a knife blade, that translates to amazing toughness and the ability to take and hold an outstanding edge.

The satin-finished blade of this knife is full-flat ground for superior edge geometry and proudly includes a fully accessible Trademark Round Hole for swift, ambidextrous, one-handed opening. It is housed in a handle built with full skeletonized stainless steel liners and smooth black G10 scales. This robust construction supports the knife's high-strength Ball Bearing Lock mechanism and a reversible pocket clip that provides a choice of left or right-side tip-up carry.
