Overview
The Farm and Field Tool family of knives built by Great Eastern Cutlery are known for their hard-working USA made quality at an affordable price point. The Hayn' Helper work knife is no exception. This Helper is a little less than seven inches overall with around a three inch blade length. Perfect size for the average Joe's hand.
The Blade: This worker has no locking mechanism but what it does have is a strong backspring with firm snap opening into place. An excellent overall Sheepsfoot-styled blade with a machined satin finish and Hayn' Helper Logo. A nail nick groove is cut into the steel for easy opening.
The Handle: Thick, durable orange Delrin handle scales have been pinned to stainless steel liners and secured with a brass lanyard tube, pin and steel pivot pin. The Delrin is chamfered for a comfortable feel in-hand while the safety orange does its best to help you never lose it. The butt end of the handle sweeps up to balance out the blade.
At just under 2.50 ounces, the Hayn' Helper won't weigh you down yet will be one of the toughest knives on your work bench. These Orange #47 Helper work knives are brand new direct from Great Eastern Cutlery.
