Overview
This Bowie by Master Smith Steve Randall features a hand rub satin finished blade with nice hamon and false top edge, .230" blade stock and 1.459" blade depth, hidden tang construction. The handle has a blued steel guard and collar, desert ironwood burl grip. Comes with a hand tooled brown leather sheath with belt stud. This knife wears his Journeyman Smith mark. It appears that the knife was stuck into something, or the sheath over a long period of time, it has some pitting and staining on the blade, but honestly, at first I thought it was intention and looked pretty cool, but it is not. Comes with the original COA dated January 15, 2014. It also comes with a copy of the listing where it was sold last with a picture of how it looked originally before the damage. The knife is still functionally good and would make a really nice user. The knife looks completely unused besides the pitting and staining marks, but doesn't have any scratches that would indicate it has been used. Still a beautiful knife.
