Shipping Policy

Any customers with separate shipping and billing addresses are subject to follow up contact. If no contact can be made, your order will be cancelled. Please understand that this policy is to protect our customers from fraud and theft.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically when you checkout. Orders to P.O. Boxes or military addresses require shipping via USPS.

Orders placed by 3:00pm EST will be shipped the same day. All orders shipped USPS (including Express) may take an additional business day to process and ship. We strongly recommend shipping UPS if you need guaranteed delivery by a certain date.

For our international customers, you must call or email after ordering to arrange for duties/customs and declarations before we will ship your order. USPS Express International shipments with declarations greater than $200, incur an additional $15.00 fee for postage/insurance.

Overview

The Bolt Light is a special collaboration between Brian Fellhoelter, Tuff-Writer and FOURSEVENS, with a unique and innovative user-interface. While most flashlights rely on a traditional push-button switch, the Bolt Light uses a sliding bolt mechanism, allowing you to turn the light on and off, or change modes, with an easy and natural swiping motion.   Smooth BODY MATERIAL Type-III hard-anodized aircraft-grade aluminum BEZEL MATERIAL Type-III hard-anodized aircraft-grade aluminum LENS MATERIAL Optical-grade glass lens with antireflective coating on both sides. Batteries not included.  Excellent condition.

"I am a folder maker. While there will always be the occasional fixed blade, folders are my passion. The steels I enjoy working with include CPM154, ATS-34, 440C, S30V, and Stainless Damascus from Devin Thomas. All of the metal parts on my knives that can be Titanium are Titanium including frames, liners, thumbstuds, bolsters, clips and spacers. Pretty much everything except for the blade. I often anodize a substantial portion of my titanium, and can get a deep green that few makers succeed at. As far as handle materials go, I mostly use Carbon fiber, G10, or Micarta. I use large bronze pivot bushings in all of my folders, and either Nylatron or Bronze washers. All of my parts are made in-house except the screws. I have an old Bridgeport Mill, an older Logan Lathe (1943), a Hardcore grinder, and various other tools, lots of them made by myself. I also do all of my own Heat treating in an EvenHeat Oven." My knives have won several major awards, including Best Tactical Folder at the Blade Show 2011.
