Shipping Policy

Any customers with separate shipping and billing addresses are subject to follow up contact. If no contact can be made, your order will be cancelled. Please understand that this policy is to protect our customers from fraud and theft.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically when you checkout. Orders to P.O. Boxes or military addresses require shipping via USPS.

Orders placed by 3:00pm EST will be shipped the same day. All orders shipped USPS (including Express) may take an additional business day to process and ship. We strongly recommend shipping UPS if you need guaranteed delivery by a certain date.

For our international customers, you must call or email after ordering to arrange for duties/customs and declarations before we will ship your order. USPS Express International shipments with declarations greater than $200, incur an additional $15.00 fee for postage/insurance.

Overview

This Walker-Thornton Eagle by Robert Rippy was co-designed by Gregory Walker. It has a mirror polished blade with hand rub satin finished flats, false top edge, .249" blade stock and 1.327" blade depth, hidden tang construction. The handle has a nickel silver guard, red/white/black spacers, ivory paper micarta grip that was carved by Robert's wife Bonnie Rippy. Comes with a wooden presentation box with brass plaque that says "WALKER-THORNTON EAGLE Carved Especially For The Robert Rippy Collection by Bonnie Rippy 1991 1of1". Marked "0" on the blade. Excellent condition.

About the Maker

Rippy, Robert

Robert Rippy was one of the first knifemakers to design and make custom tactical/combat fixed blades in the 1980's. In addition to combat knives, he primarily made hunting knives, skinning knives, and other custom fixed blades in the 80's and early 90's. Robert passed away in 2014.
