Tabor, Tim
I began to collect Randall Made knives some 10 years ago. After buying & selling Randalls at local shows, I began to meet others in the custom knife trade. Being an aerospace CNC machinist by trade & Machine Shop owner, I knew I could craft something from scratch. After attending the Knifemaker's Guild Show in Orlando in 2002, I decided to begin making knives. Getting help from local seasoned knife makers has also been very beneficial and a joy. Most knifemakers I have met are willing to share ideas and offer instruction in many ways.I became a voting member of the Knifemakers Guild in 2007. I'm a member of the Florida Knifemakers Assc., and an ABS apprentice as well. Forging my own Damascus and Creating art in steel has become my challenge and passion in knifemaking. I like to use ATS-34, CPM 154, Mosiac Damascus & my own Damascus steels utilizing Ivory, Pearl, and Exotic woods for handles. I like to make lockback & locking liner folders, Bowies & Daggers with Filework & Jewel embellishments. Thank you for your interest in my knives.
