Shipping Policy

Any customers with separate shipping and billing addresses are subject to follow up contact. If no contact can be made, your order will be cancelled. Please understand that this policy is to protect our customers from fraud and theft.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically when you checkout. Orders to P.O. Boxes or military addresses require shipping via USPS.

Orders placed by 3:00pm EST will be shipped the same day. All orders shipped USPS (including Express) may take an additional business day to process and ship. We strongly recommend shipping UPS if you need guaranteed delivery by a certain date.

For our international customers, you must call or email after ordering to arrange for duties/customs and declarations before we will ship your order. USPS Express International shipments with declarations greater than $200, incur an additional $15.00 fee for postage/insurance.

Overview

This Fighting Bowie by Journeyman Smith Stuart Smith features a Damascus blade (75Ni8/1070), nearly sharpened top edge, fullers, .292" blade stock and 1.527" blade depth, hidden tang construction. The handle has a stainless steel guard and butt, stabilized cross-cut mammoth ivory grip, fluted stainless steel spacer with bead blasted stainless steel spacers on either side. Comes with a black leather sheath with ostrich leg skin overlay, has a cowhide corset style frog. Comes with COA dated 4/4/2021. Excellent condition.

Stuart Smith been a full time bladesmith since 2004. A member of the Knifemakers Guild of Southern Africa and a Journeyman Smith with the Amercian Bladesmith Society. Makes his own damascus steel and hand forges blades from a variety of high carbon steels. Stuart specializes in Scandinavian style Puukko knives with an African flavor. Each of the knives in this style are accompanied by a back stitched sheath with decorative carvings and piercings.
