Shipping Policy

Any customers with separate shipping and billing addresses are subject to follow up contact. If no contact can be made, your order will be cancelled. Please understand that this policy is to protect our customers from fraud and theft.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically when you checkout. Orders to P.O. Boxes or military addresses require shipping via USPS.

Orders placed by 3:00pm EST will be shipped the same day. All orders shipped USPS (including Express) may take an additional business day to process and ship. We strongly recommend shipping UPS if you need guaranteed delivery by a certain date.

For our international customers, you must call or email after ordering to arrange for duties/customs and declarations before we will ship your order. USPS Express International shipments with declarations greater than $200, incur an additional $15.00 fee for postage/insurance.

A typical pen is unremarkable and easily overlooked. The Saga does not fit this description. The heart of the Saga pen is the clever ball-lock mechanism; it's simple and elegant to use for those who know how, yet it can be quite a puzzle to the unseasoned user. We encourage you to challenge yourself to work out its operation on your own. Once you have unlocked the puzzle you might find it impossible to put down, and happy to write your own saga with this little piece of engineering art.

After starting in his garage in 2008, John Grimsmo became a self-taught CNC machinist. With lots of encouragement from his wife, Meg, he dedicated one day a week to making knives and documenting the process on Youtube, and he called this series "Knife Making Tuesday". It wasn't too long before John's brother Erik partnered with him, and his father-in-law joined them as their accountant. Now this Canadian business has grown to 12 people, and shows no signs of stopping. John hopes to be an inspiration for anyone going into manufacturing.
