Shipping Policy

Any customers with separate shipping and billing addresses are subject to follow up contact. If no contact can be made, your order will be cancelled. Please understand that this policy is to protect our customers from fraud and theft.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically when you checkout. Orders to P.O. Boxes or military addresses require shipping via USPS.

Orders placed by 3:00pm EST will be shipped the same day. All orders shipped USPS (including Express) may take an additional business day to process and ship. We strongly recommend shipping UPS if you need guaranteed delivery by a certain date.

For our international customers, you must call or email after ordering to arrange for duties/customs and declarations before we will ship your order. USPS Express International shipments with declarations greater than $200, incur an additional $15.00 fee for postage/insurance.

Layaway Information

Layaway Policies

We offer a layaway plan on select products so you may pay for your order over a period of 60 days. Products that are eligible for layaway will show "Layaway Available: Yes" on the product page.

Here's how it works:

The total amount of the order excluding shipping, tax, or fees is divided into three (3) equal payments. The first payment is due with the order, the second payment is due 30 days later, and the final payment is due 60 days after the order.

There is a $15 non-refundable fee for layaway orders. This fee is added to the first payment along with the shipping and any tax. The first payment is made when the order is placed.

Example: Your order total is $300 plus $12.75 shipping and handling. If you select the layaway option, your payments would be:

  • $127.75 (1/3 of purchase = $100 + $15 layaway fee + $12.75 shipping)
  • $100.00 (1/3 of purchase = $100)
  • $100.00 (1/3 of purchase = $100)

If your initial payment is made by credit card, we will automatically process the 2nd and 3rd payments at the appropriate time using the same credit card information. You will be reminded via email that a payment will be charged. If you need to change this for any reason, please contact us.

For payments made other than credit card, payment must be received within seven (7) days of the due date or the order is subject to cancellation. You will receive a reminder via email that a payment is due.

If you wish to complete payment early and have your order shipped, you may contact us at any time during the 60 day period. There is no penalty for prepayment.

Additional products may be added to a layaway order without penalty. A new payment schedule will be calculated based on when additional products are added.

Cancellations of layaway orders are subject to a restocking/processing fee of 10% of the order total (not including tax and shipping costs). This restocking fee is in addition to the $15 non-refundable layaway fee.

The Barrel Mod 10-1 Milled TAD Edition required over a year of R&D to perfect the milling required to apply our topo pattern to the multifaceted aluminum body of the Barrel Flashlight. Countless hours were put in to replicate the complex and rich pattern on such a small surface.

By removing the inner sleeve of the Mod 10-1 it has allowed us to run a larger 18350 battery to extend run times. Blending cutting edge technology with elite craftsmanship, the Barrel 10-1 Milled TAD Edition combines collector grade fit and finish with a rugged build and staggering volume of light.

This compact single cell conservatively puts out over 1000 lumens on 'Turbo' mode, while 'Moon' mode will run for more than ten days on a single battery. Three high performance Cree XP-L HI 5K LEDs, nested into an aqua blue glow ring, deliver exceptional color rendition and night resolution.

Rings can be swapped out, enabling you to update and customize your carry without changing your illumination platform.

A solid copper pill enclosing the light engine helps dissipate heat and a protected microprocessor maximizes light output, resulting in a consistent level of light output throughout the battery’s life.

All Barrel lights come with a titanium pocket clip and titanium screws for comfortable carry and superior strength.

Barrel Flashlight products are fully warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for the serviceable lifetime of the product. If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the product free of charge, or replace it at our discretion. If the exact light style is not available for replacement, a product of equal value and similar style will be provided. Warranty Limitations: Flashlight LEDs have a significantly longer lifespan than most other light sources, rated generally at between 25,000 and 100,000 hours. LEDs and drivers are covered for the reasonable lifespan of the LED and driver. We will back up the functionality of the product and not necessarily the aesthetics of the flashlight. Cosmetic damage including but not limited to scratches, dents, faded anodized parts, or protective coatings that will naturally diminish over time are not covered by the warranty unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship. Anodized rings and clips are not considered modifications and do not void the warranty. This warranty does not cover lights modified in any way outside of our shop, including modifications to the finish or other cosmetic treatments, 3rd party anodizing, modifications of any kind made to the electronics in the light, modifications to the head or body, damage caused by disassembly, accident, abuse or misuse. For any damage not covered under the warranty, Barrel Flashlights may offer to repair the damage for a reasonable charge. If such an offer is made, we will discuss this with the consumer, prior to any repairs being made. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items to Barrel Flashlights, and Barrel Flashlights will cover the return shipping costs within the US. Please ensure that you ship the product using a carrier that can provide you with tracking information and proof of delivery. You are responsible for your product until we sign for its delivery.
