Shipping Policy

Any customers with separate shipping and billing addresses are subject to follow up contact. If no contact can be made, your order will be cancelled. Please understand that this policy is to protect our customers from fraud and theft.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically when you checkout. Orders to P.O. Boxes or military addresses require shipping via USPS.

Orders placed by 3:00pm EST will be shipped the same day. All orders shipped USPS (including Express) may take an additional business day to process and ship. We strongly recommend shipping UPS if you need guaranteed delivery by a certain date.

For our international customers, you must call or email after ordering to arrange for duties/customs and declarations before we will ship your order. USPS Express International shipments with declarations greater than $200, incur an additional $15.00 fee for postage/insurance.

Overview

This lockback by Glen Mikolajczyk features a clip point blade composed of damascus. The blade spine and backspacer are file worked. There are three gold inlays on the blade. Bolsters are mokume; handle scales are composed of tiger coral, liners are copper. There is a gold inlay on the the lockbar. There is a slight gap in between the backspacer and the liners. About the Maker

Mikolajczyk, Glen

Glen believes in sole authorship of his knives and forges his own damascus steel in his workshop. Glen Mikolajczyk became enthralled with Damascus pattern welded steel and knife-making about 10 years ago. He met local knife-maker, Peter Martin, who graciously took Glen under his wing to show him the basics and help him get started. Over the past several years Glen spent all of his spare time designing and building the machinery in his shop so he could do all of his work in-house. To date he has built dozens of hunting knives, folders, automatics and letter openers. The area he really enjoys is creating specialized pipe tomahawks. Glen handcrafts each piece from the first step through the last.
